- Club Wyndham Voyager: Serving the hospitality company’s call-center customer agents, resulting in a week reduction of training time for new hires and a net-10% decrease in call times.

- Club Wyndham Voyager: Redesigned customer hospitality portal resulting in an increase of 41,500 bookings over the 6 month period immediately after launch.
- Hum by Verizon: Optimized consumer journey on-site yielding a 533% increase in product sales.
- Lead Publicis Groupe UX and design director and experience strategist for IQOS, launching the first-and-only harm-reduction tobacco product to have earned FDA-approval for sale and marketing in the United States.

- Founding product designer of RadioEdit, iHeart’s internal programming and syndication tool utilized by both national and local station programmers.
